It's a Government Shutdown...
On September 28, 2007, LSU's Middleton Library Celebrated its 100th Year as a Federal Depository Library.
Invited guests included local dignitaries,
representatives from other Louisiana
depository libraries, friends of the LSU
libraries, the LSU community and the general
public. LSU received a crystal plaque from the Government Printing Office to honor the school’s public service. Numerous displays highlighting the resources available in government documents were mounted throughout the LSU Libraries, and a reception was held following the formal presentations and acknowledgments.
